Lazy Pheasant and the Crusaders RFC join forces
Breaking Down Barriers
The Crusaders are an Edinburgh based rugby club which raises money and awareness of male cancer through sport. They work at all levels of rugby and ages, working with schools to educate buys on the importance of checking for testicular cancer and trying to break down the barriers of discussing it.
Joining Forces
Lazy Pheasant worked with the Crusaders to develop and make mini rugby balls to be used in the educational talks. The charity has had great success with these - with 3 suspected cases taken to parents – one of the cases has now been treated (now fit and well) and the other two were scares.
We are delighted to see our Lazy Pheasant logo on the new Crusaders RFC rugby shirts - an exclusive preview!
Check and Get Checked
Please remember during these times to check and get checked if you suspect anything, it's vital that we all look after our own health.
